This is gorgeous! The amount of detail you got in this is amazing!
But what exactly is that creature snarling at hir? I realize it's some kind of an alien beast but it looks feline with a, ridge(?) along its back. Is there any info available on it or is it something original you designed for the picture?

I have become quite fond of Chakat Swiftwalk since shi was added to Goldfur's large retinue of friends and family. This is a great picture. The anatomy and motion are perfect.

Excellent as always. I love how you blended the two species. If Pepe LePew ever caught the paint-striped cat, I suspect the result would have looked like this (minus the herm and 'taur parts).

Hmm... the black paw and fur color suggests that shi's a Chakat-kin, but yet shi clearly has both genders at once. Is the fur color just a coincidence? Or is shi a Chakat-kin mated to a Chakat, or even a hybrid?
Whatever the case, the picture is well done. The fur and background are done quite well and the expression on hir face is priceless.

Judging by the black paw its safe to say that shi is an astral projector. What is shi capable of as far as projecting and does shi have empathic abilities and if so can shi combine them with hir projection abilities?

That's a bit frustraing but I guess I can respect that. I just hope I don't die from curiousity in the meantime. But I suppose if I told someone about future events in my stories I wouldn't want them telling everyone they know about it.

I wonder if that part of the chakat heritage is always dominant over the skunktaur, or if you can also get hybrids that have their genders in series rather than parallel?

well, from what I know of chakats and skunktaurs a hybrid could have either feature, but I think that would only affect them during childhood when they can't shift genders. However I suspect that the chakat heritage is more common or at least prefered after they gain the ability to shift because it is more energy efficient.
