Yeah idk, Aspen is living dead of sorts. A zombie/frankenstein creature of sorts. I wanted to give her dress a grave yard theme.
And in the rococo time period, when these sorta dances/balls were popular the bigger your hair the more status you had. So yeah there is all sorts of decor in her hair.

I also tried to make her mask sorta mock the vales that people wear at funerals.

And, yes, I have had my fair share of experince with water colors
it has been a while though *throbing fear of messing it up*
