You'll have to download an extra program that can open RAR files, personally I just use 7zip, and once you have it it is pretty easy to extract all the files.

I'm having some trouble, I did what the instructions told me but I can't access those brush types. What happened?

From the start: you must copy the images and paste them in the right folders. (blotmap and/or brustex)
If you did that when you open SAI they should work. If not you must go to brushform and/or brushtex notepads and write them there. Β For example:Β 1,blotmap\the name of the brush.bmp /Β 1,brushtex\name of the texture.bmp. And when you finish just save what you wrote and when you open SAI they should appear or work. : )
Hope this time it will work, if not I will make a tutorial for you so you can see how I do this.Β

Okay so I'm really confused right now; I installed these, but for some reason now I seem to have 2 versions of sai. One is the shortcut on my desktop, which has all my old brushes and setting but not the new ones, and then there's one that I get from clicking sai.exe from the folder, which has your new brushes but it said the license was inspired and I had to put it in again... is it possible to somehow merge these so I get the new brushes and my old ones :/?Β

Ohhh, never mind; turns out I actually had 2 different Paint Tool Sai folder for some reasons haha *facepalm*, no idea why or how that happened xD anyway, thanks for the great brushes and sorry for the stupid question!Β
