I obviously used a ton of naked male torso references lol. Some reference photos I took myself, but I have a folder of male abs. Some from www.human-anatomy-for-artist.c… . If an artist tells you they can paint and fully render a muscled torso (in realism or semi-realism) from scratch with no references, they are lying
(not talking about people with set/cartoony styles, or genius) . They are NSFW type ( if you can tell lol). It's done in Photoshop CS6, Painter 12 with an Intuous tablet.
Critique not really desired here.
