making my head spin, and real, and ache

and I can't understand how it works
breaking down how and why it begins
What if I said I hate you
and I don't know what to do
and it doesn't matter what I say
faking that I'm not in love with you
What if I'm done lying to you
and I don't want to hide inside
and my thudding heart won't stop
waking the hidden part of my mind
What if I realized how I feel for you
and the words get stuck in my throat
