They can  ALWAYS get bigger. As for this character, I'll have to think about it. He's already unrealistically enlarged. Much bigger and he won't be able to move.

Would love to see you try.  Especially if you end up trying pumping up a female's chest/torso even bigger.  Just go INSANE with the size.

The point of anyone wanting to increase in size and strength would be to gain from it -being incapacitated by a mass of muscle, or larger than the state of Texas would be counterproductive. Doing the same for the female form is an idea - but It would be proportional (sort of), not an open-go BE artwork. I'd have to walk that fine tightrope of turning in a drawing that doesn't offend, or get hiidden behind a grey minus card as adult in nature.
