BunnyWithAPomp and I have been discussing these characters for a while now and I finally got his design down and approved over the discord server.
I'll probably do an 8 facts for him later or something, since I have some ideas I'm thinking over still.

BIO

Name: Eden
Nickname: None for now.
Gender: Male
Species: Elkian
Age: In his 20’s, younger than Colette, but he won’t reveal how old they are since she likes to keep little secrets.
Birthday: March 3rd
Sexuality: (I'm undecided, but he's probably not really searching for a partner at this time anyway.)
Relationship Status: Single
Height: 6”
(with antlers 6” 6’ )
Weight: 180lbs
Allergies: N/A

Personality: A calm, peaceful, and very quiet guy who spends most of his days outside in the woods playing his music for the spirits. He is generally very kind hearted and does his best to help those he considers his friends, but he is extremely cautious when it comes to strangers. He tries to either stay out of the way or be as nice as he can when speaking with them, but he would much rather avoid a conversation with Fauna/Elkian entirely if and whenever possible. He is very in tune with his emotions, never fearing to just feel out what he needs to in the moment; whether it be crying tears of complete sorrow or laughing when something genuinely makes him happy. He is the most comfortable when he is either completely alone or around his sister. They have been through so much over the years, and though they argue or disagree from time to time, they are all they have in this world now and Eden would never let her down or leave her side. As long as she needs him, he will be there and he knows she will always be there for him too.

Likes: String instruments(especially the harp/lyre), Animals, the stillness of the night, stars, the dim glow of the moon, kind spirits, helping spirits in need, playing calming music, helping with the shop.
Dislikes: Strangers, those who pick a fight with his sister, the darker, negative energies that lurk outside the borders of the kingdoms, being stared at, traveling/running all the time, The bright sun, arguments with Colette (she’s tough to persuade when she has her mind set on something)
Fears/phobias: Being absolutely alone in the world, Losing Colette or the spirits that he considers close friends, being hunted/chased down by spirits or other fauna/elkian, being treated as a freak or criminal.
Favourite flower: Night blooming Cereus (Queen of the Night flower)
Hobbies: singing/playing music, Talking with spirits and learning from some of the wisdoms they have to share, meditation.

Parents: Not important anymore (though he sometimes wonders if their parents are still searching for Colette and him or if they ever worried at all.)

BACKSTORY

Growing up, Coelette and Eden were a bit of an odd bunch. Colette was an outspoken girl who had and attitude and style that no one could really understand and Eden was just so quiet. He hardly spoke to anyone he was around, though he never minded the company, he knew he made others uncomfortable due to just silently standing by. One day things took a turn for the worst as Colette got into a huge argument with their parents and ended up running away. Despite the parents pleas to just wait, she’d return on her own when she’s cooled down, Eden went after her. He followed her a great distance away, both barely noticing that they had stepped out of the protection of the city and into a strange and unknown place. It wasn’t the forbidden forest as far as they knew, they were heading into some other part of the land that might as well be forbidden due to the dangers that lurk in the shadows. When Colette stopped and finally realized how far she had gone she was met with the gaze of a beast that had its eyes on the young trespasser. Eden was trailing behind by quite a bit, but when he caught up, he realized what was happening and quickly stepped in before Colette could get hurt, taking the hit for her instead. He’s not too sure what happened after that, things were dark and terrifying, but then there was a warmth that eased him and when he woke, he felt different. Not from the wounds, he didn’t exactly feel pain or panic, he felt sort of cold, yet comfortable. He couldn’t tell if he was alive or dead now, but after a bit it became clear he was still with Colette and he couldn’t quite see like he did before. Once he recovered, it seemed like a miracle that he wasn’t suffering from more than the physical wounds, but in all reality he had been helped by the kind spirits who had witnessed the two children in the woods get attacked and the selfless act Eden had taken to save Colette. He always had a stronger connection to the spirits than most, but now the connection had been completed as he was given guides who would now watch over him and Colette and help protect the two as they ventured outside the borders of kingdoms. They couldn’t return home, not after they had disobeyed the rules and ran into the corrupted shadows. If they did, they could get in serious trouble, Colette for running out there and Eden for having the marks from being attacked and the newly acquired flames on his antlers. Neither of them knew what kind of action the other Fauna and Elkian might take against them so they never looked back. Instead they walked, hand in hand, into the unknown and whatever awaited them they would face it together. It was better than the chances of returning to a place where they may be separated due to their reckless actions, or judged for being different and treated as less than the living beings they are.
