I don't know any definite solutions to art block even though I suffer from it quite often XD. My suggestion would be to just draw anything regardless of quality or quantity and do this everyday. Some people suggest drawing random patterns or shapes, but anything is fine in my opinion. This drawing you did is quite adorable though
