Description I had some left over items from Thanksgiving crafts I did with my son, and had the urge to do a study of controlled droplet photos. I used a bright lamp with the shade off and a piece of foil.. and my macro filter. Something that *Savatey had said in passing stuck in my head. " ..it's the result. You can imagine what you get." After about 30 minutes of try and fail, I realized that the fun was in staging and figuring out the lighting. It is something that I rarely do. I usually only use natural light, and natural water I stumble upon outdoors.

Items used:

Lens - Nikon 50mm 1.8
Camera - Nikon D50
Foil
Water
Pink colored feather
Macro filter x10

Thanks!

I wasn't sure about it at first because the large drop was a little misshapen, but I liked it enough that I could looks past it! from this angle you can hardly tell.
