This is a really great photo! The colours really jump out of the caption.
Just some constructive criticism:
It would have been nice to see the camera panned more towards her hair and how it played out with the surrounding sidewalk and it's colours.
I really like the use of the dandelions as well. It mixes well with the pastel colours.
Your friend is very photogenic as well. Nice clear shot of a warm and infectious smile.

I am the girl in this photo, that is all of my hair. And thank you, my photographing friend here had to have a lot of patience with me do to the fact that I'm not photogenic.

Not photogenic? I see different, unless you meant to say you're "camera-shy"...? And regardless of how much hair you have, I just meant it would have been nice to see how it lays and blends out onto the ground.
