He is currently a high ranked official in the army that Jerr disbanded from. He has a special ranked position. An interesting feature about him is that he is nearly blind. He has not lost his vision completely. He relies on his other senses....and his bird. He is a bird carrier, and is accompanied by his pheonix like friend.
