I'm first? COOL! This right here is a great piece, and it kind of speaks to me on a personal level. I have had many relatives die (thankfully none of them really close) and my grandmother is slowly succumbing to Alzheimer's. I feel like my family is dying and while there may not be much we can do to stop it, we can always hold each other close until the end, and rest assured that when our time comes we will all be together again. I am not a spiritual man, a religious one, or even a political one... but family is all that I know I have and all that I know matters. It always will.
What I like the most about this piece is how they looks like corpses... the Ideal family: white, upper middle class, clear skin, nice teeth, pretty house, attractive, successful, pleasant obedient children... all very nice, but a REAL family is nothing like that. Quirky, strange, sometimes even creepy... and you Captured that. Your perfect family aren't supermodels, they just love one another. Doesn't get any better than that.
