wow.. do I know how that feels! I just got some antidepressants.. natural ones... sort of. Triptophan. The seratonin realeasing chemical that is in turkey, I take it at night because it makes me tired. I'm just sick of feeling mentally ill all the time. It's a natural herbal remedy in an alcohol base that comes in a glass bottle with a dropper, you can probably find it in different brands at health food stores. It's made up of flower petal extracts and things like that, my friend got one without alcohol, but mine has alcohol and so it taste gross. But its better with no flavor. You just put about 3-4 drops under your tongue and its supposed to help you relax when you're feeling anxious or stressed.
