The way Serenity figured out that Lucifer liked it was by pure chance and just testing it out while thinking about how he'd react to it.
She knew that he could have been like, "Nope, don't do that!"

But he just stopped writing in his journal and started purring super loudly 🤣🤣
Which is basically Lucifer's way of being like, "aw yeh 🖤"

And he becomes super relaxed and calm when Serenity rubs his horns. She gets a kick out of it lol

Fun fact: When Lucifer has a headache, Serenity rubs his horns to help ease the pain. It helps him a lot, but it's not the same when Lucifer does it himself.
