It's a sandwich of 3 pics, each a different layer tweaked and adjusted to a look I wanted.

PSP, for simplicity let's say I have 3 pics A,B,C . I open the pic I want as a BG, then do a window duplicate (which will give you a copy, you never want to work on the original as you want to keep it intact) then I open B and do an edit copy,edit paste as a new layer on the A pic, then open the C pic and do an edit copy/ and then edit paste as a new layer on to the A pic, I now have 3 layers to play with opacity, display, eraser and so forth. If you make a mistake you can undo it with the backward arrow. When you can find some layer tutorials they'll help you much more than I can.

my only nit pick at this is the bottom of the hand. did you want it to be floating like? or like it is coming from the bottom of the piece? that little space just bothers me.

lol, you were perched on some type of fountain, originally you were in the manip but the hand seemed to work better, if you look at the lower right you should recognize the wrought iron. I wrestled with whether or not to credit your pic, as the wrought iron is a key element and the pic wouldn't be the same, so proper credit is due. Thanks for providing the pic!

Really it's all clouds, however there is a portion that I've cropped and saved for a future submission and it really does look like a face, clouds are amazing and spark the imagination.

I've saved a cropped version of just the clouds and there is a face in there, I hope to write a poem at a future time and perhaps you'll see what I mean.
