Please understand my point, if I take that down, I'll have to take every single one of my deviations, since they're all based on someone else's content. I can't just ask permission for everything I want to do here, sometimes is a really big youtuber, the own game creator or even a huge tv company! Those guys will never even notice my request, and I won't be able to do anything here.
The thing is: I'm protected by fair use. I'm basing your content to create my own content. I'm turning your clip into a friendly emoticon that people can use in their comments, the clip as it was couldn't do that. Just check it up right now, go to a comment section, press "add media" and search for "Lolbit". I'm improving you clip so you can use it in your text as you wish, and not just a random joke on one of your videos.

You are literally basing your knowledge about fair use on the first words that appear on a google search.
If you took 5 minutes of your life to search more about it you'd see that those are NOT the only things that can enter the Fair Use law. In fact, there are 4 factors that can say that someone's content is protected. In my case, factor n2 about the nature of each ones content (A Youtube video is WAY different then an emoticon) and factor n4, which resuming, says that the particular case is transformative. That last one is actually the most important one to say eather the content is stolen or original by it's on. And considering that I'm TRANSFORMING a youtube video by taking an one second clip out, turning it into a gif, cropping the image so the Lolbit would be more clear and resizing it to a 50x50 resolution, my content IS PROTECTED BY FAIR USE.
Go check that up, I know you can do this.
