I really like the old feeling in it, somehow.. it gives a feeling of a time when the world is loosing it's beauty, as we people doesn't treat it enough good.
Something I did notice was that Coca cola sign, obvious that i'm addicted to coca cola

Beautiful. I like how you composed it, keeping the street at the centre of the photo like a vein of a body. great work!

Beautiful. I love how you did the colors! I thought it was black and white or something, and then I saw glimpses of green and yellow. It's really really wonderful. I love it. It gives a whole other feel to the picture, giving it life. Great work!

Very good. Something so common, like an ugly city road you made it look... wow! The way you saw it is interesting. Try on people.

Fantastic photo - the faded colors and the deep shadows gives an eerie feeling of decay and emptiness... as if the city is abandoned, except for a few lonely souls.

I really love it - clearly a favorite!

Good job!

Anyway - you're welcome! ^_^

I hope you don't mind me asking more, but: I've tried to read up on the HDR technique, and if I understand it right - you have to take different pictures of the same scene, each picture with different shutter-speeds and other settings to your liking. If that's rightly understood - then how can you take shots of things that move? I notice that in this shot of yours, there are cars and busses and people on the streets, which would have moved in the time you use for changing the settings for next shot? How is it then possible?

Sorry for asking so much - in most ways I'm still a photo-newbie.

Jurnov In reply to NuclearHamster [2007-09-30 21:16:23 +0000 UTC]

Its ok !
First way:
First of all -3 shots with different expozures
Second thing -generate in Photomatix or Photoshop
Or second way:
U have to make one single RAW file... (RAW is only in slr)
P.S.
At this picture are 3 shots... At SLR u have scpecial funktion (it makes 3 shots almost at one time allready with different expozures) You'r welcome
