-Ultimate Bile can be easily distracted by the smell of food.
-Ultimate Bile will have difficulty breathing if his back and shoulder cannons are plugged up, as they technically act as his noses.
-Due to now being purely quadrupedal rather than bipedal like his base form, he cannot use his arms to grab and hold things.
--However, his far longer tail now compensates for this.

Trivia:
-Ultimate Bile is one of only two aliens that AJ dislikes using due to sheer gross factor alone. The other is Ultimate Slobbergore.
-Ultimate Bile's danger sense acts akin to Spider-Man's "Spidey Sense" via the whisker-like protrusions on his chin. They're packed with neurons and extremely sensitive to touch and air pressure, allowing him to predict and avoid incoming attacks.
-Why Ultimate Bile grew a second pair of eyes remains unknown, as he doesn't use them for much and they don't increase his range of vision by all that much.
