Thanks!!! Yes, and I obviously love cats too!!
My friend told me there were too many cat photos in my gallery so I stopped putting them up, but there will be more. I don't have any up of my cat Jack, and there's not enough of my Luna and I love her so much.

When I first came here I used to ask my friends what I should submit. I stopped listening after about a week. It seems the stuff they liked wasn't what everyone else liked. I submit first ask questiond later these days. There can never be enough cat pics as far as I'm concerned. I love cats, and I know of alot of people here on DA who are cat lovers.

It takes a hell of alot of talent, and pateince as well to photograph both children, and animals. I can never decide which is harder.

The nice thing about digital photography is that you can delete accidents like that, but I have to admit it is alot of fun trying to catch just the right pic when it comes to animals an kids.

Yes, I love being able to delete the crappy stuff to make more room, that is one of the great things about digital photography. Plus, it's easy to get on your computer, and you don't have to pay for film & developing. I love my manual camera, and my pictures are so much better from that camera because I control the photograph completely. With that camera it's not hard to get a good pic of an animal or a child if I can get good lighting and turn my shutter speed up.
I don't have a working scanner though, so all my photos on dA here are from the fujifilm 3.2 megapixel evil little camera.
I am dying for a digital SLR.

I have a kodak easy share 6.1 megapixel. It takes some awsome pics. I carry it wherever I go. just in case I find something I want to get a pic of.

Yeah, I carry my little 3.2 around with me everywhere too..just in case. haha. I also carry my tripod. hahaha. I'm quite strange when it comes to photography.

There's nothing strange about wanting to be prepared. You never know when that best of all best shots is right around the corner.I don't own a tripod, but if I did, and I will soon. I would probly carry that too.

Yes, it looks strange to other people though. haha. It's really handy though when I see a good shot.
They're not too expensive either.

Not too expensive at all. Thanks to you I just went down to the local Walmart to price one and it was only 30 bucks for a half decent tripod. I might get one this next month.

Ahh...good stuff. 30 bucks will get you a pretty decent tripod. I think I paid 40 for mine. Tripods are wonderful. Then you can set up still lifes from weird angles without making them blurry because your hand moves a little. haha.

That is a definate plus having one for still life work. I'll definately be using it for that sort of thing. I have a crapload of stuff I want to take pics of for stock. and I have a few friends that want portraits done. The tripod will definately come in handy.

The attitude of a feline is comparable to no other beast that walks the earth. There size matters not, to them. Their eyes tell it all. They hold us all in contempt.

i really like how the light reflects off the wood and her eyes. it took me a while to figure out that her paw is curled up in front of her... it's almost as if she's flipping you the bird.
