I really wanted to draw something pretty and I've also been wanting to do something with water.So, I put on a couple movies, opened a window to listen to the rain, and did this...pretty much all day lol. It was a good day.
I used Sai and Clip Studio. I still love sai for my Line art and flat colors. I use Clip studio for more of the final stages of painting and effects.
