Actually I drew the right flag back on the occasion, but the editors asked me to change it. I don't know the reason, but these guys were such of morons (they also asked for a XVII Century South American Cemetery WITHOUT crosses or any christian symbols). I'm sorry about this history inconsistence... anyway, I hope you like the art.

Just as I said, the sequential pages of this book aren't a really good reference, pretty much because the deadlines, but also because the client, a "educational publisher" sent a completely fictional script about a character who exists in the "real life". They asked me for absurd things like to draw a South American cemetery of the XVIII century with NO CROSSES on the graves.
I really would like to help you on your work about Bolivar, but the book I draw can't do it. It's a pretty piece of $hit, except for the cover (the only piece I dare to post here).I hope you get luck finding some better reference material over the internet.
