..If I had finished this frame, I'd have removed the blue cast from the stripes, to render them in a purer monochrome, to better emphasize the colors of the lovely face... but then, that would only be my interpretation, and certainly not "better." Here, for some reason, you wanted a cooler cast?

I'd love to see warm skin tones and lush lips and eyes radiating out from the monochrome stripes - so a warmer white balance, and even a bump on the red values in general...

You´re welcome I love stripes! I´m not sure why.. but it got bad at one point and when I opened up my wardobe, it all looked like a pile of different stripes! I´m a bit more sane nowdays
