Maybe all female Armors in Fantasy Games are Magical, so that every "unprotected" Part has a magical invisible Protection which allows the Girl to fight without being restricted by her Armor... the actual "protected" Parts are just there to hide her naughty Bits
Why a Woman has such an Armor in a non-Fantasy Game is anyones Guess.

What? You're telling me that the one Game, that has only Males in the Party gives an Explanation for the skimpy female Armor?
I never played a Final Fantasy Title exept for Dissidia and Kingdom Heart (if you count it as one) and I gerenally don't like all Male-Casts since I want to have Girls, who are able to kick Ass in my Party... so of course I never really looked at the Game.
