I dig the way you colored the face. Looks like colored outlines. I know there's an easy Photoshop method to make that happen--Chamba even explained it before, but I can't remember what it is. Something about making the line work gray and using a blending mode like overlay or screen...but I can't remember the specifics. Any idea?

Make your line work a shade of gray - and then set to multiply.

Ah, so that's what you mean by turn up the lightness. I assumed you meant lower the opacity, perhaps.
