wow, i love how the hair is in front of the face and you've done perfect shadows of the hair. the contrasts is beautiful and you put such awesome detail into the eyes... i got a pic i drew not long ago with contrasts have a peep here Soda

Not bad at all! You might like to try smoothing your shadows a bit more, to differenciate between soft skin and strong contrasts. Keep it up!

hmm work worth commenting on (i.e isn't not some crappy photo manipulation or bad manga) your tone work is quite good but (the eyes yes the eyes) but you have made some odd mistakes like the nose is off at an angle, i don't know what the woman looks like so maybe it is.

yes I noticed the nose and mouth were off when I finished. I was kind of flippin for a minute, but then when I looked at the photo...her face was crooked too... I think I might have taken the photo too literally in this case. lol

you could try a bit of photo manipulation and blending in the hopes of gettin git straight. right i better go to bed its 5am.

I actually tried that, but I ended up making it worse. lol
Maybe I'll try it again, but for some reason it's hard for me to go back to a drawing that I already had closure on.
If you cross your eyes a bit and tilt your head to the left its almost straight...
