Description I got SAI! And I really like it ^^
I'll compare Photoshop to SAI

Sketching -> Photoshop because you can rotate, change size, etc. (Nvm, SAI can too xD)
Coloring -> SAI WINS *u* I LOVE COLORING
Poofing up art (textures, color change, enhancing mood xD etc) -> Photoshop

i was too lazy to change to photoshop to smoof it up and etc XD so this is full SAI

man... trying to find art style... ;/ well I guess it's colorful, but that's about it so far xD

Oh no, I meant the brush! Sorry, I told you wrong n_n' I use Paint Tool SAI too, but I'm not good with brushes! xD

Oh xD that makes much more sense!
I used the "brush" tool lol xD That bristly brush thing and the settings were like...super color blendy.

Thank you--oh my gosh! I'm trying to learn 3D rendering! >u< I'm not really sure what it's really called... but I wanna do what you do!
What program do you use?

This was made mostly with the brush tool in Sai (for the rough...brushy strokes).
[link] I found this very helpful ^^ [for tools/functions]

Sai's kinda like photoshop, but the most different thing about sai is the blending of the colors. ^^
Some brushes in Sai can blend, like brush and water.
The option is located under the brushes when you click the brush.

yeah!
just select the image with the lasso tool, then go to the layer tab and then press transform.

I LOVE IT!!!!! 8D All the pretty colors and the cuteness of the cat/dog creature = win. And I like this art style for you. Very cute and fantasy like. Also, I agree that Sai is lovely since you get painterly textures and looks and stuff. Oh, and sorry if I'm ranting or anything.
