As an extension of "Starship Troopers" and the interstellar battle between the Terran Federation (humans) against the Uropigy Empire (bugs) I present the concept of:
"Blister Bug" is a type of giant arachnid 3 meters high with features similar to warrior bugs, its only morphological difference stands out for its wider jaws with the ability to shoot a bio-corrosive acid to dissolve any structure or equipment that stop the advance of the spider infantry.
The range of his acid shots can reach up to 30 feet, making him the field gunner for "bugs" and fire support. (To eliminate it, it is recommended to counterattack after the "Blister Bug" finishes throwing its acid, it is exposed for a few seconds while it recharges a second shot.)
