[link] download this hierarchy maybe it's a good help for you, you know it's hard to explain, everything is explained in C4D help.... there are web-based tutorials that explain how an IK chain, how to use constraints and Xpresso nodes ect.... after it is the practice and understanding of the logic of the software to do this kind of rigging...
