Description
After watching Slayers Revolution (ep 4), someone at the Slayers lj, found here... [link]commented on how the Amelia/Pocota/Zelgadis interaction was a lot like Akane/Pchan with Ranma glaring in the background..., and as it's an allusion I actually understood, I decided to try drawing it.
So here it is!
Pen and copic markers (which I'm still experimenting with). Hope you like! n_n

Haha, I think it's a funny concept. While I don't think that it'll be a love triangle, I could be proven wrong since it's very early in the series. XD

*throws Pokota-bunnies at you* He's really fun to draw, I realized. At first I didn't like him when he showed up in Slayers, but now,... he's too cute!
I doubt it'll be a love triangle... it's more of a joke than anything. Cause this is Slayers, right? And romance is there, but it's all hidden behind crack and more crack... n_n

I noticed a lot of people didn't like him when he was introduced. XD I'm a sucker for critter characters (granted they just aren't plain stupid), so I liked him from the start. >_> I never said anything about the hate going on, but I felt tempted to tell people not to judge him before he makes his debut.
Geez, I ramble. XD; I do notice that people like him now, so it's cool. :3

Wow, now that you mention it, you're right! It does remind me a lot of that, only so far Pocota's not shown himself to only pretend to be all cute and cuddly to get snuggled by Amelia...although we haven't seen the rest of Revolution yet.
It's a really cute picture. Zelgadis' expression only makes it better.

I'm glad you like it! I was worried that you couldn't tell that Zel was glaring at Pokota, since his face is so busy and I thought details would get lost... but yaaay! n_n
I drew it more as a joke than anything cause I like messing with Zel. However, there is that moment at the end of the fight where Pokota saves Amelia from Lina's attack. And especially after how Lina and Zel treat him, he might just cuddle up a bit more to Amelia. Pchan was shy at the beginning to, you know. xDDD
