Bio:
James Rhodes was the Coronal of the US Air Force. General Ross wanted to recreate the Iron Man suit. So he sent Rhody to get the blue prints for Tony's Mark 2 armor. Rhody did as he asked, they were able to successfully recreate the Iron Man suit, with the help of Justin Hammer of Hammer Industries, but the HUD system isn't as good, has more weapons, and doesn't have an arc reactor. At the Stark Expo of 2007, Hammer presented the War Machine armor with Rhody. But then Whiplash attacked. Tony and Rhodes decided to work together and they implemented Stark tech and an Arc Reactor into the suit and upgraded the HUD. War Machine would join up with the Avengers in 2013 along with Falcon (Sam Wilson).
