Yep, KatsuDeku/BakuDeku[勝デク] is specific on Kacchan who is top and Deku bottom. On the other hand, Dekukatsu[出勝] is Deku who is top and bottom Kacchan. The main difference is sex position and filters dynamic when you ship two of them. Generally, Yaoi/Yuri in Asia will use the person who is Top as a first ship's name Then combines with the person who is bottom as last of the ship's name.
