No Problem... Very cool water image. Like the other person said... try to use sharper lines to define the edges on the droplets. I think you'll get a more desired effect then.

Try working with harder brushes for the outlines. The colouring is nice so far, just keep on it

Yeah, it's pretty much the same mistake. Don't think too much about what you draw. Start with a picture, maybe 1500x1500 and a resolution of 300. Use black colour and one of the solid brushes with 100% hardness, 100% opacity and 100% flow to make a sketch (size of the brush: usually it's something between 3 and 5px, try different values to find yours).
