Description
Oils with acrylic underpainting. The first thing I did was paint the whole canvasboard black, with black acrylic, it was terribly satisfying.

Ooooh. Awesome. There used to be a cave/tunnel spot that gave this sort of impression - it was under a hill near where I lived as a kid and I liked to disappear into hiding from time to time. This takes me right to the place. I really like the angle and the bits of greenery trailing down into the space.

Thanks, glad you like it! That's cool getting to live near an actual cave! This is from my imagination, cause I want to write stories about caves full of goblins and treasure and that sort of thing.
