This is number 38 in my themes.This is one of my OC kids for my OC, Lexi Levin, and Ben. This is Julian. He's the oldest out of four kids. He's also the darkest of the four. That's why I used him for my Night/Dark theme. His youngest brother Gavin is his opposite. ^^ Julian's arm is transforming into Heat Blast because he has his mom's ability to transform, but he's only limited to his dad's aliens. ^^

I guess Kenny's the only one that gets one because he's the only one that doesn't have an "alien" ability. He needed something to fight crime with. ^^
Yeah, Julian can change into a lot of thing, but he can't change into something to trick his sister like the guy she likes or something. ^^
