Zebura-san is NOT my character. And she's not Bunny, *bleedman 's Bell or =Griddles 's Barasia. She's first original character of PowerPuff Girls Z manga.

I don't know about her... I don't know she's Villain or hero. There's comic picture shown that she caught victim (?) and wrapped person with her ribbon. Momoko Akazutsumi (Blossom) transforms and tries to attack Zebura with her YoYo but missed... Any way her colour is black and white and her japanese's name means I dunno but words almost like "Zebra" that also black and white. Her weapon is Ribbon (rhythmic gymnastics). She's got no english name... there's a few people drew her... not on DeviantART just only one site found.
