I like it overall. However, I kind of wished this had actual color; but assuming that you don't do color then I understand why it is the way it is and I can live with it. Also I feel you could have made Evil Morty look a little more sinister in terms of his face rather than simply making him look like a creep. When I think of Evil Morty, I think of a more cunning and charismatic bad guy; here I see him as one of the stereotypical creepy villains. In conclusion the drawing itself is good, but it feels as if the atmosphere of the drawing and the character does not fit well here.
