It's Gulch!
He's a horrific hero from a team of gruesome do-gooders called The Neckbolts! He needs to fill up on blood to take down baddies! Problem is he usually has to drink a lot of the people he ends up saving. Oh well!

You know, before i looked at the description, i thought this was some sort of thermometer hero that gets stronger as he gets warmer (to a point of course. A thermometer can only go so high). I read the description and it made a little more sense that it was blood. Cool design overall.
A thermometer hero/villain would be a cool concect though.

yeah i'm thinking up a few other members. depending on how much blood he takes in he can become about 10 times stronger and faster than an average human. But actions and intense physical strain burns through the blood reserves pretty quickly.
