Just wanted to show people what I've got so far.I've drawn the linearts for all of the... frames? Pictures? xD;;
Dunno what you call those...
ANYWAY.
These are the only bits I have colored so far, and I just wanted to upload it and be like, "JLKDSJF:LSD OH MY GOD, LOOK! ;w;'
I currently have the WIP running around my screen. XD
He's colored while he walks, then he's just a little white square with lines on the rest of the time. ;w;
I think I might wanna do a Japan (I know there already is one, but my Turkey wants a Japan that changes into an outfit with striped knee-highs), and I definitely want to do a Switzerland--probably a Romano to go along with Spain.. ;w;
Honestly? I just want to make one of everybody. xD;;
SO YEAH. WIP. Enjoy. ;w;
Dunno how long it'll take to finish--maybe by this weekend? Maybe longer? *shrugs*

U know if i can do one like this just by "paint"?..... I have to do this things just in "photoshop" or "Ilustrator"?

Well, I think you technically can, but you won't be able to get the transparent background with Paint. If you really want to do it using it, I suggest you download GIMP, which is a free program similar to photoshop or like programs, and use Paint to draw your image and GIMP to cut out the white background and save it as a transparent PNG file. owo

You just download one--probably best to use the Denmark one, since it was the first to make its way onto dA, and replace all the pictures with your own, keeping the same title.
It's not that hard, just takes a lot of time. :'3
