oh. Elite Beat Agents, it's a rhythm game for the DS. one of the levels has you help out a baseball player keep a volcano monster from destroying an amusement park.

Like: his silhouette is recognizable even in thumbnail form. The lava and rock textures are great. Plus he's just cool.
Maybe improve: although you shaded individual chunks of rock on his body, I don't quite get a tonal gestalt. If he was an actor in a movie I'd play with the lights a little more before rolling the cameras. This shortcoming stands out most in his rock fist - the whole thing appears to be one tone throughout, without a dark/light side to make it pop out of the screen, or a kicker highlight . The lack of dark around his head makes it hard to tell how far it's sticking out.
That only came to my attention when I looked for serious critique material, though. I still like it.

No those are fair points, Lighting with this is a lil baffling for me if im honest, cos its body is made mostly of lava the light sources will be from all over the place, so im finding it difficult, but ill take on your crit and see if i can improve it
