So what is the story of the game, or have you not made one up yet.
I actually have an idea for a dinosaur video game with a similar concept except its in a universe where dinosaurs have always naturally been there and its still very apocalyptic. What do you think about it?
I would play your game in a heart beat though, it looks stunning.

This story is about a world where scientist unravel DNA to such a point that they found markers for every animal's ancestors, and could manipulate it to create prehistoric species. In this future/parallel world, prehistoric animals became a big thing. People had them as pets (selective breeding became a thing creating varieties of the same species) some were used in agriculture for eggs (many species becoming a very expensive delicacy) and larger species were used in Zoos and Theme parks (similar to Jurassic Park). At the height of the prehistoric boom, scientists in Europe began experimenting with prehistoric viral agents and fungi, looking for new forms of medicine. Unknown to them they discovered a very dangerous virus that nearly wiped our ancestors out, but was eventually stopped during the ice age. The virus attacks mammalian DNA, and swept across the world in a matter of months, killing 80% of the world population, decimating the mammalian agriculture industry overnight, leaving only a handful of immune animals and humans left. The world crumbled, power stations shut down, water supplies stopped and prehistoric animals began to once again roam free after escaping enclosures and homes.
The main predators moved into the cities, attracted to the scent of death. The herbivores grazed on the farmland and newly spreading forests. Some people survived in the cities in many of the old train tunnels that weren't flooded, but most moved out to the suburbs, only travelling into the main cities to scavenge, but they knew this was dangerous as most of the main predator's territories are around them.
I'm debating the idea of it being a sandbox game, but I think it might work better as a story-led game like the Last of Us.
Rough game stories would follow three different characters (depending on who you choose):
USA: Racheal (28), the single mother of two young boys, misguided in her belief that dinosaurs were cold-blooded, she decides to flee to the mountains. However, they are been tracked by a pack on Deinonychus.
UK: Adam (34) is part of a scavenging team in London. On a routine mission, he discovers a little boy, obviously separated from his group... newcomers. Though his team tells him to leave the boy he takes him under his wing, but they are soon attacked by a rouge Carnotaurus.
Japan: Toiya (25f) and Hiro (27m) have been traveling by boat to try and get to Tokyo where Toiya's family lived. They soon realize that the harbors home to some vicious Kronosaurus.

Looking good! Just a thing on the arms:
1. The wrists should suppinated, never pronated.
2. They should have wings, full on bird wings with primaries connecting to the second (middle) finger. They used the sickle claws to hold their prey down and their wings to balance as they stripped chunks of flesh off their live prey.
Id suggest making them more like hawks or Golden Eagles in appearance and feather density, but not sure exactly what you want to do on accuracy. Game looks great, you got any questions for me, I'd happily answer.

This is another really amazing concept. Although my only bit of critiquing are the pronated wrists. Other than that, don't mind me, the concepts you have beautifully illustrated are magnificent and would make a great horror movie as well. I loved that you make your Dinosaurs generally accurate. Another idea is if their coating of the feathers on the game's raptors could help them blend in to their environment. It would be cool if they were based on the large Troodontid specimens found in Alaska. As an added bonus, Troodontids were more intelligent than most Dinosaurs - including other raptors.
