Time for fossil number 3, which pretty much everyone guessed right:

The Humanlike Fossil

I really like the big guy, i havent seen many cavemen pokemon either. These would be only on the 3rd game (e.g Platinum) whereas the other 2 would be on the main games (e.g Diamond/Pearl)

Basic Stage: Monkan - The Primative Pokemon
Type: Rock/Normal
Ability: Tribal - The more it loves its trainer, the greater its accuracy.
Name Meaning: Monkey-Man
[Evolves at lvl 30]

An ancient pokemon revived from a fossil. It was highly curious and would investigate anything, I was one of the first bipedal pokemon, but often reverted back to crawling on all fours.

First Stage: Clubecus - The Primative Pokemon
Type: Rock/Normal
Ability: Tribal
Name Meaning: Club-Australopithecus
[Evolves at lvl 45]

After evolving, they became completely bipedal, though it was clumsy, and couldn't hold their club properly and it was often dropped in combat, However, when in the tribes, they would learn from eachother.

Second Stage: Homosapio - The Primative Pokemon
Type: Rock/Normal
Ability: Tribal
Name Meaning: Shortened Homo Sapien

These prehistoric pokemon are thought to be the first humans. They lived in tribes which fed on fruit and occasionally meat. It never seperated from its club, which it used in combat, and for knocking food from trees. The one with the most impressive club automatically became the leader.
