Description
This radical squadron was created by Christian Tremblay and Yvon Tremblay and produced by Hanna-Barbera and Turner Program Services, debuting September 11, 1993. The series' heroes live in Megakat City, and were originally members of the city's paramilitary law enforcement agency, known as the Enforcers, but lost their job due to their commander making a very big mistake that ended with their headquarters' destruction… and blaming it entirely on the two rookies (well done breaking it, Commander), demoting and reassigning them to work at the city's military salvage yard to pay for the damage.

Ironically, this would be a blessing in disguise for the ex-Enforcers, as they could use discarded military parts and weapons from the salvage yard (VERY abundant, since the city is regularly attacked by monsters, high-tech villains and mutants, so there's a lot more than old cans and tires at the salvage yard), creating their own jet fighter, The Turbokat, and a variety of advanced weaponry and gadgets. They'd often receive help and information from the Deputy Mayor, and she's much more important to the city's well-being and direction than the mayor himself.
