Description I needed an example of an underwater scene in my portfolio, so I painted up this fun, pulp-ish scenario of a (space)shipwreck discovery!

what kind of paint you use?
I tried to do something similar with gouache but is very thick.
Watercolor is very transparent.

Thanks! It's all in gouache. I've found that with high quality gouache paints, you can get the paint fairly thin with water while maintaining its opacity. The original is fairly large, about 16 inches from top to bottom, in case that's helpful information.
