Here is a fun one. I had a copy of a concept sketch for a Return of the Jedi poster by the master, Drew Struzan. I thought it would be cool to make it a Star Wars Rebels piece instead. I strayed almost immediately from the initial inspiration, so it wound up looking almost nothing like the concept. But I am cool with that. I replaced Luke with Kanan and plan to swap Darth Vader for the Grand Inquisitor.

Color went quick as I went for a more "animated" cel-shaded look here and it was at this point that I decided to take it in a different direction. I really went "digital" with it and I was kinda just throwing the spaghetti against the wall to see what would stick. I wound up with something I would not have expected out of me, and I really like it too.
