Doesn't work IMHO.
I think you need to just outline your eyes in black, the opposite of white. it makes your eyes seem to pop out a little, similar to anime eyes.

That's insane! how did u think of the pool? only critique i can offer is that u should've taken it just a tad more to the left, its slightly off center, but it's hard to tell if you put it off center on purpose or if it should've been centered. But I still think that this is the best photograph I've ever seen, it really gives you that anime feel. The pool! insane! Luvs!
