Description Countdown is now in days until....  I so hope I won't be disappointed.  The 1977 Star Wars (it was not called "A New Hope" until 1 year after its release) will always be my #1 favorite movie of all time.  Again, this is 11" x 14" on smooth bristol board with wood and mechanical pencils. One person thought ones side of the face looked wider than the other side.  Here is my reference.  I believe the distances are correct however I think my piece could be helped by more shading on the left side.

Thank you (I know this response is horribly late but absolutely ALL my 'free' time is put into drawing.  I apologize.)

Did you know that Han's blaster is based off from a WWII German Luger

No, I did not know.  And I love movie trivia like that (esp. Star Wars).  Thanks.

Yeah I didn't know that either until I saw a documentary about STAR WARS on History Channel one evening. And you know that when George Lucas was creating STAR WARS, he used a lot of ideas a pictures from WWII to describe how the starfighters were to fly and maneuver in space as well a lot of the weapons(manly blasters) were from WWI and WWII like the blaster this stormtrooper is carrying in his arms in the picture in the link is actually the Lewis Machine gun from WWI.

And if you look closely at the Falcon's cockpit you'll notice that it looks like the nose to a Boeing B-29 SuperFortress from WWII.

And the Ghost from STAR WARS REBELS is actually based on the Boeing B-17 FlyingFortress from WWII

And if you ever play close attention to the colors of the Empire you'll notice that they risible those of another group.

The right side of the face looks way broader than the left side, the rest is looking great tho.

Got it.  I included my reference above and in the next week I will have made some "corrections" that hopefully will bring it all together.
