You really captured the likeness of Hugh Jackman.
I think you have to be a little more lighter on the shading.
The highlights are a little too sharp.
Then again, I can't comment without seeing the reference. But I can sort of do an educated guess on this.
I know the difficulty, even I am working on trying get softer gradation on the highlights.
But overall, if you captured the likeness, that is a huge deal.

I agree with you on that. I think it's because I worked on a white background and left gaps in my shading, so the white shines through more than it should. Lesson learnt!
