Looks fine to me. Though this image makes me think of the hard times that Octavia is falling through, unless Rarity is there to help her. Also, do you know what those 2 ponies have in common?

I don't know THAT yet. But the fancy accents, the fancy manestyles, the love for classical music, are all what they have in common. I can't believe you were too stupid to realize that. But, the only way to know if Tabitha St. Germain IS the voice of Octavia, you have to ask her yourself.

What program do you use? It'll be easier for me to provide constructive criticism if you use Inkscape, as that's what I use.

In that case, I can't offer any specific advice. Just try to make sure your lines are smooth where they're supposed to be and they end with a point. Other than those, it's really a pretty good vector.
