I thought up something similar, only Carrie was added into the mix. Basically by the time that Brandon begins his reign of terror as Brightburn, Carrie and Matt have found each other and began a romantic relationship. They decide to fight back against Brightburn with their powers, Matt because of his vow and Carrie because of the chance for redemption.

Before Brightburn can kill them, their world's version of Lex Luthor saves and begins building a league of heroes to fight against Brightburn and the other evil superhumans.

That honestly sounds really cool, what other movie heroes or psychics (Not from Marvel or DC) could be added to this crossover universe?

Off the top of my head, I'm thinking characters from "Glass" and/or "Push". I don't know much about either, but they're the non-Marvel/DC superhumans that come to mind.

I know Glass, but I've never heard of Push.

Oh, so before being Captain America, Chris Evans was a psychic? Sweet.

I think this movie fits better with the super crossover, since Chronicle also deals with powers like telekinesis.

So basically, what humanity lacks in physical durability and strength, we make up with psychic powers. Huh, I like.

Also, at the end of Brightburn, there are news about the existence of other super beings showing up in different locations. Like a Half Human/Half Fish creature and a ''Witch'' who kills people with chains. So, Brandon won't be the only threat to humanity that Psychics have to deal with.

Yup. Matt, Carrie, and their allies are in for one hell of a time.

There's also three more besides Brightburn, the Witch, and the Human/Fish hybrid but we don't really get a look at them. Good news is, they all look to be anti-social, so they likely won't form a Legion of Doom before it's too late and the heroes have picked them off one at a time.

That's good news for the heroes, but just in case they need a plan.

For example, Matt needs finds out the location of the mysterious blue crystal and grant powers to other people to create an army of superhumans. This is just speculation, but these powers could be passed down genetically and those ''blessed by the crystal'' could have kids with the same powers from birth, ensuring that there's still people able to fight Brandon and any other alien monster.

Also, there's the major theory that Brandon was genetically designed by an alien race that wanted to colonize Earth and by some reason, they created Brandon to infiltrate into mankind's society and one day destroy it, so his creators don't have to go to war for the planet.

This means, that if they kill Brandon, there's still his creators out there and they might try to personally attack Earth next time.

Caitlyn Connor is going to be first in line for getting those powers, that's for sure.

The good Lex Luther expy would likely plan for such an occurrence. Also, I like the idea that he had his own psychic powers: He's immune to all powers. Can't be mind-controlled, can't be physically affected by telekinesis, can't be seen by clairvoyants, stuff like that.

Ok, you have to refresh my memory, since I don't remember who Caitlin Connor was.

Oh, yeah. She would put those power to good use, I would love to see her kicking Brandon's ass to avenge everyone he killed back in their home town.

That would be the most satisfying part of Brandon's death. Rip his ship to pieces and then turn him into a pincushion with them.

Also, another way the crossover could connect all movies is to make the crystal a variation of the metal that could hurt Brandon, the one that makes his spaceship and it makes it immune to Brandon's variation of telekinesis.

I would love to see Matt using his telekinesis to throw it at Brandon, weakening him and allow Caitlin to kill Brandon while the crystal is on top of him.

I don't think that Brandon has telekinesis, unless his "super-strength" is really a form of telekinesis where he has to be physically touching something before he can manipulate it.

I definitely like the idea of the ESP crystal being a form of kryptonite for Brandon.

Apparently a mysterious blue crystal that might be from extraterrestrial origin.

Fair enough. Either way I believe that Matt would probably come out of Tibet (probably worlds stronger than he was at the end of chronicle ) to take care of brightburn...

I’m thinking Phoenix Force Jean Grey vs Superman.

I would love to see that, imagine if he learned how to grant his powers to others.

Now Brightburn has to deal with an army of telekinetic superhumans.

True, unless Matt( the protagonist of Chronicle) finds out the location of the mysterious blue crystal and grant powers to other people to create an army of superhumans, also these powers (This is just speculation) could be passed down genetically and those with powers could have kids with the same powers from birth, ensuring that there's still people able to fight Brandon.
