December 22, 2012: Ryu has defeated Zipacna and saved the world.

For Ryu's victory over Zipacna, the Mayan gods have decreed that they can grant Ryu the wish he desires. But what Ryu said to them is that he has no wish that he wants granted, he then leaves. But as December 22 came, he has felt that a sense of inner happiness has entered into him. He then realizes that the Mayan gods have granted his wish that came from his heart. He is finally free of the Satsui no Hadou. He can continue his journey without the fear of succumbing to this evil omen.
